WINEMAKING

Gently destemmed and pressed straight away, cold-soaked for 7 days so solids drop out of the juice.
Slowly fermented for a further 14 days, then racked off of solids.​


TASTING NOTE

This Small Batch Riesling displays a bright & vibrant plush palate, lime, lemon and green apple characters burst out of the glass.
A nice, rounded mouthfeel that finishes with great balance.
