WINEMAKING

The Shiraz was selectively handpicked from 80-year-old vines.

Gently destemmed and cold-soaked for 14 days.

Slowly Fermented for a further 14 days then gently pressed into a mixture of new and 2-year-old American Oak barrels.

TASTING NOTE

This Small Batch Shiraz displays a full-bodied plush palate with bright & vibrant red fruit characters with hints of spice. Silky tannin finish and great balance.
