WINEMAKING

Crafted from carefully selected vineyard blocks, Legion Chardonnay showcases the elegant balance between rich fruit expression and refined minerality.

Selectively harvested in the cool of night, the grapes undergo gentle pressing before fermenting in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels, where the wine develops its distinctive character through extended lees contact.

This versatile Chardonnay pairs beautifully with roasted chicken, lobster with drawn butter, or aged cheeses.

Whether enjoyed now or cellared for 3-5 years, Legion Chardonnay delivers the complexity and finesse that define exceptional winemaking.

TASTING NOTE

The Legion Chardonnay is pale straw in colour.

On the nose, enticing aromas of golden apple, Meyer lemon, and honeysuckle interweave with subtle notes of vanilla and toasted hazelnuts.

The palate reveals layers of ripe pear and citrus zest, supported by a creamy texture and bright acidity that carries through to a long, satisfying finish with hints of butterscotch and mineral stones.
