Fermented naturally over 28 days with wild yeasts, the wine captures the true essence of its vineyard origin.
After a delicate pressing, it is matured for an impressive 36 months in a curated mix of new French and American oak barrels, achieving a seamless balance of bold character and refined oak complexity.
