Curtis Cavaliere McLaren Vale Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre

The nose is expressive and complex, with bright red fruits like raspberry and cherry from the Grenache, complemented by darker fruits such as blackberry and plum from the Shiraz. Earthy undertones of dried herbs, lavender, and spices such as black pepper, licorice, and cloves add depth. There is also a subtle hint of smoky oak, leather, and a touch of vanilla from barrel aging.

The Cavaliere GSM blend is full-bodied and well-structured. The Grenache provides juicy red fruits like strawberry and cranberry upfront, while the Shiraz adds richness with ripe black fruits and spice. Mourvèdre brings an earthy complexity, with hints of dried herbs, game, and savory elements. The wine is balanced by fine, velvety tannins and a refreshing acidity, which gives it great vibrancy and drinkability.

The finish is long and smooth, with lingering notes of dark fruits, spice, and a touch of oak. The balance between fruit, tannins, and acidity makes this GSM both powerful and elegant,
